Students also participate in both ACT and SAT preparation courses and exams, which are aimed to help students identify career paths and prepare them for college entrance exams.

State standards, instructional goals, and individual student progress drive changes in classroom instruction. The principles of universal design are applied to provide the “built in” support for a wide continuum of learners in a single classroom. Universal design is an integral part for addressing the overall instructional needs of the students promoting flexibility and accessibility. Universal design for learning employs relevant and dynamic curricular materials and activities that permit a wide range of learners to accomplish challenging learning outcomes.
